We will Begin with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call where we’ll discuss your goals, movement background, and the equipment you have at home. This helps me determine if I’ll need to bring any additional equipment.
After choosing the right package for you, we’ll schedule sessions that work for you, and I’ll come to your place to get started!
